Details

The hero, Ahab, is a man of principle, a gentleman who loses one of his legs at sea as it is battered, crushed and chewed by Moby Dick, the whale. As their three boats sail out to hunt him, Moby Dick damages two of them, forcing them to go back to the ship. Moby Dick then rams the Pequod itself, which begins to sink.
